From December 15 to February 20 March 3, the period for sending communication proposals is open. Researchers who want to submit a proposal must do it according to the framework of the approved sessions that are noted in the “sessions” section at the top of the web. To send a communication proposal it is necessary to include the title, the basic professional data of the author or co-authors (name, institutional affiliation and country), the contact e-mails, the session to which the proposal is sent (selected in the drop-down, from among the approved sessions), an abstract of 150-200 words and up to 5 keywords.

Master’s and PhD researchers who want to submit a proposal to the young researchers’ session that will also take place, must mark the “Sessão de Jovens investigadores/jóvenes investigadores/young researchers’ option in the drop-down menu.
